Embrace your green thumb
Did you know that coffee is one of the world’s most unsustainable products and a large contributor of methane gas? Continuing the cycle, resident chef Luke Mangan has carefully constructed a roast chicken dish to be featured on Virgin Australia’s business class menu featuring the mushrooms.
