Daintree Cape Tribulation
The Daintree and Cape Tribulation areas are the region’s most famous rainforest tracts. With pristine white sandy beaches and unspoilt rainforests there is a prehistoric world to explore.
Famously known as the place where explorer Captain James Cook ran aground at high tide on a hidden offshore reef, Cape Tribulation is a pristine sweep of white sand that really feels like journey’s end.
Explore the World Heritage listed Daintree Rainforest at night with guides who'll introduce you to an area with the highest number of animal species. The sights, sounds and sensations of being in the rainforest at night is enchanting, as are the foraging creatures you'll discover.
Activities on offer include day and night guided rainforest walks, 4WD safaris to Bloomfield Falls, tracks to hidden waterfalls and swimming holes, reef trips and crocodile watching tours.
