Mary Poppins comes to town from 5 April 2012, filling the Burswood Theatre with musical magic. The V8 Supercars Championship returns to Barbagello Raceway on 4 May 2012, for an exciting weekend of roaring engines at the Trading Post Perth Challenge.

The inaugural Perth International Comedy Festival launches on 12 May 2012, showcasing Australia's best comic artists. While acts like Hilltop Hoods, Matt Corby, Public Enemy and Wavves are set to win over Western Australian music fans, as Groovin’ the Moo sets up show on 19 May 2012 in Bunbury. 

Every weekend in March 2012, Eat Drink Perth swells the city’s parks, restaurants and markets with a diverse and vibrant array of food, wine and chefs  honouring Perth’s already well established dining scene.
